The Best Winch Deserves the Best Oil

Selecting the appropriate winch oil can make all of the difference in the performance of your investment. Winch oil lubricates bearings, shafts, and gears while providing the winch handling performance you expect. For inching applications in our PTO-driven winches, using the recommended oil is essential because it supplies the proper friction properties necessary for precise load control and minimized heat build up.

Using the wrong winch oil may damage bearings and friction materials in the clutch and brake assemblies while not sufficiently lubricating all of the necessary components of the winch. Ordinary motor oil is never recommended for winch oil. Using the best oil is a smart investment.
