If you are experiencing problems with viewing .pdf files within the Firefox browser:

1) In Firefox, select Tools then Options.

2) Click on the Advanced option at the top of the dialog box.

3) Click on the Network tab.

4) Increase the value in the Offline Storage area for allowable cache.

5) Click OK.
