The tide of progress rolls on. New tractor models keep arriving, and Allied is there to provide the winch.
The most recent arrivals come from John Deere and New Holland. John Deere has the 700H, and New Holland introduces the DC150 and DC180.
For the John Deere 700H, Allied offers the W5C winch. The 700H can be outfitted with the smaller John Deere 4000 winch. But for heavy-duty pulling, and where low-speed gear ratio or power out is required, the W5C is the winch of choice. The 50,0000-pound line pull rating matches well with the tractor weight.
This winch was test mounted at the John Deere factory. It is also mentioned in the new 700H sales brochure from John Deere.
The W5C is now available for the New Holland DC150. For the DC180, we offer the W6F towing winch. Both were installed recently on customer units.
All these new tractor models are listed in the Allied winch price sheets dated January 1, 2001.
