By now you should have received the 2003 Service Parts Price Lists on CD. New price books became effective February 1, 2003, and supersede all previously supplied Service Parts Price Lists. All orders received after 5:00 PM PST January 31, 2003, are subject to these prices. This year's price CD includes prices for Allied Winch, LANTEC, Ranger and Long Reach product lines. The price lists may be printed or downloaded to other computers as desired.
The Price Book CD also includes copies of the "How To" user’s manual for our extremely popular e-commerce website as well as the current edition of the Parts and Service Policy Manual. Changes for this year include elimination of the minimum billing fee (was $25 per order) and the addition of electronic warranty claim forms in Adobe Acrobat® format. Please take time to review the complete Parts and Service Policy Manual.
