Allied Systems
Service Department receives many calls per week concerning the availability of
update kits and retrofit kits for all models and vintages of Ranger skidders. We
have numerous kits available for updates of current models and retrofit kits to
replace parts or systems that are no longer available.
Since Allied purchased the Ranger skidder line in 1994 we have released 45 Service Bulletins pertaining to both new production units and older units. Dealers should "Read and React" to these bulletins as received. Some reflect mandatory upgrades that need to be done within specific time frames.
Service also has access to many old Service Bulletins for units manufactured by Clark or Valmet. These earlier editions could be quite beneficial to both our dealers and mutual customers.
